|
- Bond Street Theatre’s award-winning projects addressing conflict mitigation and prevention, access to justice, women’s rights, voter education, and peacebuilding have reached and involved countless adults, youth and children around the world. These projects have been supported by US Embassies in multiple countries, private foundations, and government agencies, among many others, and have been conducted in collaboration with civil society organizations, international arts groups, universities, and government partners.
- The company's Training Manual for Theatre for Social Development, funded in part by the United States Institute of Peace, has been used by hundreds of artists and educators around the world to teach conflict resolution, creativity, and leadership through theatre, to help shape a peaceful global future. The Manual, in tandem with training and workshops by staff, has been successfully used worldwide to help expand the capacity of local peacebuilding organizations.
- Bond Street Theatre conducts performances addressing pressing social issues, in collaboration with international arts partners, which have toured worldwide.
- The company maintains domestic programs, including a Young Audiences Program, and a Stilt Band that performs in New York and internationally at festivals and events.
