The SHINBONE ALLEY STILT BAND formed over 20 years ago and has been bringing its swinging jazz to audiences around the world ever since!

A dynamic ensemble of musicians who parade, dance on stilts and perform various feats of physical and musical dexterity, the 5-7 member ensemble includes saxophones, trumpets, and drums with an occasional trombone, tuba, banjo, or clarinet.

The Music: Our repertoire includes Dixieland, Swing, Rock, and some classic ethnic treats from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, India, the Caribbean and elsewhere. Always popular: Saints, Circus Tune, Sing Sing Sing, Tarantella, Puttin’ on the Ritz, Caravan, Wipe Out and Tequila! For the Holidays we play all the season classics, old and new – often spicing them up with our irresistible Dixie beat. Special theme requests - Just ask!
