Cozmic Jazz—A Short History of the Universe is

WERK is a visual, physical, and musical exploration of working,
focusing on the rhythms, dynamics, emotions, textures, poetry, flavor, and
materials of work. WERK pays attention to labor which does not get acknowledged,
and pays homage to human self-sufficiency and resourcefulness. The play premiered in 1996 at
Theatre for a New City in New York and toured throughout Brazil, including performances at the National Theater of Brazil in Brasilia,
sponsored by the American Embassy. |

The
Shinbone Alley Stilt Band has energized Festivals
and Special Events
around the world since 1982. Their eclectic repertoire includes Dixieland,
Swing, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Ethnic, and lots of comic flair! The Band also presents incredible
stilt-dancing routines, beautiful visual displays of object
manipulation. Great for opening Festivals and events, the
Stilt Band can be mobile or stationary and perform indoors or outdoors. |

Created in Afghanistan over the last two years,
Beyond the Mirror is a visual journey through years of war portrayed through the myths,
memories and first-hand accounts of ordinary Afghans. Traditional dance, live
music, visual effects, filmed montages, and creative physicality bring this
tapestry of stories to life. We are
honored to have the live music of Quraishi playing the traditional
